Randy Schell, a world-renowned voice over artist, has died after a tragic skydiving accident. The actor, whose voice was heard in adverts for AMC’s popular show The Walking Dead , was killed in the tragedy in Texas, US, yesterday.
Another person, who has not yet been named, was injured and treated for a leg injury. Skydive Spaceland Houston in Rosharon confirmed two skydivers collided mid air during a group skydive on Saturday. They said the jumpers deployed their parachutes normally but the collision led to Schell’s parachute collapsing.
Both were reportedly licensed and experienced jumpers and had completed at least one successful skydive earlier on in the day. Schell had done work for well known brands including McDonald’s , Coco Cola, Nike and 20th Century Fox. His representative Jenny Josby said he was loved by everyone he worked with.
