The phallic shape, with attendant globes, certainly spells unusual weather for the people of Cornwall.  It was broadcast by the BBC’s South-West local weather report, and when one eagle-eyed viewer, Tom Wiggins spotted it, he quickly replayed the forecast on his computer and filmed it for the popular video-sharing website Vine.

It won’t be long before it goes viral, as the Vine loops are climbing all the time – so enjoy!
