A sicko who appeared in some of Brits’ fave TV shows including Broadchurch and Grantchester has been jailed after he preyed on women as they slept at house parties.
Shamed TV actor Nyakeh Kpaka – who once worked with stars David Tennant and Olivia Colman – sexually assaulted one victim while she slept on a bed at a gathering in Blackheath, London.
The screaming victim fled the bedroom when she woke up and alerted police in May 2015. Kpaka, 26, who was arrested at the party tried to claim the horrific sex attack was consensual.
Another woman came forward to say she had been sexually assaulted by the predator at a party in Finsbury Park, London, in December 2014. She also woke up in bed to the actor sexually assaulting her. Kpaka appeared in two episodes of Broadchurch as Jonah Bishop, the son of the defence lawyer Sharon, and he played Walter Sterling in Grantchester.Kpaka, from Wood Green in north London, was found guilty of three sexual assaults by penetration after a trial at Woolwich Crown Court. He was jailed for eight years, five years for the attack in 2015 and three years for the assault in 2014.
