One of the thousands of mourners at Bradley Lowery ’s funeral took to social media after spotting what he believes was the face of a young boy and the shape of a heart in clouds above the church. Heartbroken family, friends and wellwishers gathered together for the tragic youngster’s funeral in County Durham yesterday.
And Mark Shields, whose company provided the superheroes which were seen alongside Bradley’s coffin, spotted an unusual sight in the sky. Writing on Facebook , he said: “I took this picture at Bradley’s funeral today, just a bit surreal that I looked up for a second and a blue heart formed over the church however the picture has revealed something else. Look in the top right corner at the little boys face. This is unbelievable.”
Bradley – whose smile touched hearts across the world – was laid to rest by his heartbroken parents, Gemma and Carl, yesterday after losing a long-term battle with childhood cancer neuroblastoma. He was only six-years-old when he died on July 7 in the arms of his parents. Thousands paid their respects at his funeral, including footballer Jermain Defoe – who had struck up a close friendship with Bradley.
