Police are hunting a pervert who offered Justin Bieber tickets to kids in an attempt to lure them into his van. Parents are being urged by officers to warn their children of the dangers of getting into vehicles with strangers. Detectives fear the lure of seeing their idol Justin in concert may be too much for some youngsters to resist.
The alert went out after a middle-aged man asked a group of children to get in the back of his van in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Police said today: “At around 9pm last Friday, the group of children were approached by a grey-haired man outside a convenience store in Hasketon Road. He then asked them to get in the back of his white transit van, offering them concert tickets for sale.
“It is believed he claimed the tickets were to see Justin Bieber. The children refused and the man drove away. He is described as being between 40 and 50 years old with a tanned complexion, grey hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt.”
