A popular DJ was rushed to hospital after reportedly suffering a strokeLiverpool DJ Kev Seed was rushed to hospital and wellwishers have sent kind messages of support for the former Radio City , Wish FM and Rock FM presenter, who was a household name on Merseyside in the late 1990s to mid 2000s.
Mr Seed is best known for his time at Radio City, where he is believed to have had more daily listeners than any other show in the station’s history. He was also a resident DJ at some of the region’s biggest clubs.
Mr Seed began his DJ-ing career at the age of 12 and was hired by Radio City in 1990, spending two years at the station before moving to Preston-based Rock FM. He returned to Radio City in 1997 to take over the breakfast show, but was sacked after he was convicted of drink-driving.
