The popular soap EastEnders is set to be rocked by two massive twists as the story covering the murder of Lucy Beale moves towards its dénouement.
A revealed video clip will expose one Albert Square resident as having lied to the police and as the information comes to light, tensions will escalate.
Although the murderer will not be revealed until a special live broadcast in February, the investigation will quicken with the revelation of the evidence.
Fatboy shows his mates a video clip on his mobile. He thinks it is just a funny clip, but observant Lee Carter spots it was filmed on the night of Lucy’s murder and also finds a clue in the footage that reveals someone has been lying to the police. However, it’s still a secret what exactly he does with the information.
The second twist revolves around an unsent message on Lucy’s mobile phone. The message is found by Jane, while she and Ian Beale, Lucy’s father, are examining the phone. Although bosses are keeping quiet about the intended recipient and the nature of the text message, it is know that Jane and Ian are shocked by what they find.
