A boy who collapsed at a Kent doctor’s surgery, sparking a “major medical incident” has tragically died. The young boy, named locally as Lee Green, had been taken to the Albion Place Medical Practice at Maidstone when he collapsed earlier this week, with doctors frantically working to resuscitate him.
The young boy, who reportedly suffered a serious asthma attack, was then taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury before being transferred to a London hospital. But the young boy’s life was tragically cut short when he died on Thursday night.
His broken-hearted mother Kayleigh Green has since shared a photograph of a present the young boy had left her, with a Snickers bar placed next to a note that read: “this is for you mum p.s love u mostest” (sic).
The boy’s collapse initially sparked a major incident with an air ambulance and police rushing to the Maidstone medical practice. The practice later released a statement, saying: “The surgery is aware of considerable speculation regarding events that occurred 12th October. We wish to clarify that the Doctors and surgery Paramedic were involved in the resuscitation of a very sick patient.”
